Rocking Out at Dreamforce 2018

Reputation Studio rocked out as a first-time Bronze sponsor at Dreamforce 2018. Dreamforce is the largest annual Salesforce user conference, which took place September 24th-28th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

Visitors to our booth had a chance to speak with our team about brand reputation, sentiment AI, and even play a little cornhole. Fifty skilled cornhole masters sunk their first 4 bags in a row to win a soccer ball.
The Reputation Studio team also had a chance to have some fun attending networking events, sponsored parties, and even a silent disco. We were even lucky enough to see both Janet Jackson and Metallica perform live at this year’s Dreamfest!
All-in-all we learned that Online Reputation Management (ORM) is a hot topic in the Salesforce ecosystem. We definitely would have benefited from having a few more team members to keep up with the demand and heavy traffic to our booth. Since 92% of consumers now rely on online reviews to make their purchasing decisions, it is no wonder that brands are scrambling to find an ORM solution to automate their processes.
